Jan 13, 2009. /Lesprom.com/. Timber company Gunns has publicly released all the planning modules for its proposed northern Tasmanian pulp mill, Lesprom Network informed according to the ABC News.
Federal Environment Minister Peter Garrett gave final approval for modules allowing the mill's construction last week, but not those which would allow it to actually operate.
Gunns has put all the modules on its website, saying it could not previously release the full details while they were being considered by Mr Garrett and his department.
Earlier, Federal Opposition Leader Malcolm Turnbull attacked Mr Garrett's handling of Gunns and said he had not toughened the conditions for the mill at all.
