Halkali Kağit started up PMT-supplied headboxes in Turkey
The Turkish paper producer Halkali Kağit has started up PMT-supplied two new ÆGOTMSTREAM S Headboxes on the PM2 of its Istanbul Mill. PM2 is about 4 m wide and produces Fluting, Test Liner in two layers in a basis weight range of 80 to 180 g/m2, from 100% waste paper, at a maximum operating speed of 870 m/min.

new ÆGOTMSTREAM S Headboxes on the PM2 of its Istanbul Mill, as the company
said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
PM2 is about 4 m
wide and produces Fluting, Test Liner in two layers in a basis weight range of
80 to 180 g/m2, from 100% waste paper, at a maximum operating speed of 870
m/min.
The bottom layer ÆGOTMSTREAM S is equipped with smarpro dilution water
system for the basis weight profiling.
