Homag Group appointed Dr. Markus Flik as CEO
Dec 22, 2010. Homag Group appointed Dr. Markus Flik as CEO. He will replace Rolf Knoll as CEO as of July 1, 2011. Rolf Knoll will retire as planned upon expiry of his employment agreement and will continue to serve the company thereafter in a consulting capacity. Hans-Dieter Schumacher will replace Andreas Hermann as CFO as of April 1, 2011.
Dec 22, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. The supervisory board of Homag Group apointed Hans-Dieter Schumacher, effective January 15, 2011, and Dr. Markus Flik, effective April 1, 2011, to the Homag Group᾿s management board, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
Hans-Dieter Schumacher will replace Andreas Hermann as CFO as of April 1, 2011. In August 2010, Andreas Hermann requested the supervisory board to terminate his employment agreement early for personal reasons; he will be leaving Homag Group as of March 31, 2011.
Dr. Markus Flik will replace Rolf Knoll as CEO as of July 1, 2011. Rolf Knoll will retire as planned upon expiry of his employment agreement and will continue to serve the company thereafter in a consulting capacity.
