Dec 09, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. The management of Eurobusiness Group placed an order for a large-format Rapida 164 with six printing units, coater and extended delivery from KBA-Sheetfed Solutions. Romania’s first super-sized Rapida is scheduled to be installed in the printing company situated on the edge of Bucharest in June 2016, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Along with four sheetfed offset presses, including a Rapida 104 and a Rapida 105, plus a coldset press from KBA, the company also has laminating and UV finishing kit as well as cutting, folding and binding technology for magazines, soft and hardcover books.

The new Rapida 164 will be equipped for carton printing and raised by 630mm (24.8in). Automatic plate changers, CleanTronic Multi washing systems and many other automated components ensure efficient production.

Environmentally friendly VariDryBLUE IR/TA drying systems are expected to equip the triple delivery extension (3.9m/12.8ft). The press will regulate the ink inline with QualiTronic ColorControl.
