The district courts in Helsingborg and Molndal have made a decision to extend the reconstruction of KLIPPAN AB and Klippan Molndal AB with three months until 2 December 2005. The board of directors has filed an application for court protection and company reconstruction of KLIPPAN AB and Klippan Molndal AB on June, 2 2005. The reason behind the decision was the financial and liquidity constraints within the group. The reconstruction period is normally 3 months, and the purpose was to refinance the group. KLIPPAN is a leading producer of speciality paper for the graphic Industry with a total capacity of 200 000 tonnes per year. Production is carried out at the three mills at Klippan, Lessebo and Molndal.
