Logging in Russia fell by 2.6% in January-October 2013
In January-October 2013, logging in Russia declined by 2.6% year on year. In October 2013, Russia was harvested 4.8 million cubic metres of softwood logs, 1.5 million cubic metres of hardwood logs, 900 thousands cubic metres of fuelwood and 700 thousands cubic metres of untreated wood.

received by Lesprom Network.
In October 2013, Russia was harvested 4.8 million cubic metres of
softwood logs, 1.5 million cubic metres of hardwood logs, 900 thousands cubic
metres of fuelwood and 700 thousands cubic metres of untreated wood.
In the first ten month of the year, harvesting of softwood logs fell
2.9% year over year, harvesting of hardwood logs down 0.1%, fuelwood decreased
by 11.1%, untreated wood decreased by 1%.
