Logs removal by Onezhsky down 0.5% in January-April 2005

In January-April 2005 timber enterprise owned by Onezhsky saw and timber-processing enterprise (Arkhangelsk region, Russia) reduced logs removal 0.5% to 421.7 thousand cub m compared to January-April 2005. Onegales reduced logs removal 5.8% to 146.3 thousand cub m, Molshuikales – up 9.7% to 56.4 thousand cub m, Nimengales – up 22% to 36.1 thousnad cub m. In April 2005 Onezhsky enterprises reduced logs removal 9.6% to 58.4 thousand cub m compared to April 2004. Onezhsky produces sawn timber, 90% of goods are exported to Ukraine, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Egypt, Spain, Germany, Norway. The main suppliers of raw timber to the enterprise are Onegales, Nimengales, Maloshuikales.
