Mar 12, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian Inavtomarket-M trade and industry group acquired 26% of Onezhsky tractor plant (Karelia) from Absolutinvest. Inavtomarket is now an owner of control stake of 51% of Onezhsky.
Earlier Inavtomarket-M already owned 25% of Onezhsky. The total amount of the deal has not been disclosed. Onezhsky tractor plant is the largest timber tractors manufacturer in North-West Russia.
