Ole Terland has been appointed as the new CEO at Rottneros

Dec 05, 2007. /Lesprom Network/. Ole Terland has been appointed as the new chief executive officer at paper pulp producer Rottneros, company announced. He succeeds Lars Blecko who is leaving the company to become CEO at Loomis. Ole Terland joins the company from SCA, and will take up his new post at the beginning of January. Ole Terland, who holds a Licentiate in Engineering degree in the subject of pulp and paper technology, has held various management positions within a number of different product areas in the SCA Group over the past 20 years, including fine paper, magazine paper, packaging and tissue, and was manager of the tissue division in Europe for a time. His most recent post was Senior Vice President Technology at SCA's head office in Stockholm. "We are absolutely delighted to be getting a CEO with a sound track record within the sector. Having also worked in many of the product areas that we focus on - fine paper, tissue and packaging - he has an in-depth understanding of our customers' needs," says Bengt Nordin, chairman of the Rottneros board of directors.
