Jun 13, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. Papyrus has divested its warehouse and office property in Vantaa, Finland to SaKa Hallikiinteistöt Oy, a Finnish real estate investment company, as Papyrus said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
Simultaneous to the transaction the parties entered into lease agreement for the property. The property has a leasable area of 8,900 square metres, the transaction price was Euro 6.9 million.
The arrangement is part of Papyrus strategy to improve capital utilisation and strengthen the business.
