Pfleiderer reduces the number of Executive Board positions
Oct 17, 2011. Pfleiderer AG is reducing the number of Executive Board positions. The contract of service of Pawel Wyrzykowski has been terminated by mutual consent as of October 17, 2011. Mr. Wyrzykowski was in charge of Business Center Eastern Europe, Panels North America and Business Center Flooring Europe. The contract of service of Heiko Graeve, who held Executive Board responsibility as CFO, will also be terminated by mutual consent as of October 17, 2011.

The contract of service of Pawel Wyrzykowski has been terminated by mutual consent as of October 17, 2011. Mr. Wyrzykowski was in charge of Business Center Eastern Europe, Panels North America and Business Center Flooring Europe. Mr. Wyrzykowski will continue to serve the company in an advisory function, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
The contract of service of Heiko Graeve, who held Executive Board responsibility as CFO, will also be terminated by mutual consent as of October 17, 2011.
The tasks of Mr. Wyrzykowski and Mr. Graeve will be performed by the other members of the Executive Board, Hans H. Overdiek (Chairman) and Hans-Joachim Ziems.
