Oct 10, 2014. /Lesprom Network/. Rottneros AB has reached an agreement to sell the CTMP equipment of the Utansjö mill to BillerudKorsnäs, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

"We are pleased that our CTMP equipment is a good fit within the large investment BillerudKorsnäs is making in Frövi and Rockhammar," says Carl-Johan Jonsson, CEO Rottneros.

Rottneros closed the Utansjö mill, which is located in Sweden, in mid-2008. The mill produced groundwood pulp and CTMP, most of which was bleached. The mill's total capacity was 159,000 tonnes per year.
