Jan 25, 2006. /Lesprom Network/. Swedish Sodra to rise its price of bleached long fibre sulphate pulp by $30 per tonne to $630 as of Feb 1. It is also raising the price of short fibre birch pulp and eucalyptus pulp, $30 per tonne to $620. "There are presently signs of an obvious improvement in the pulp market. Demand is increasing in line with a strengthening of the paper market. Parallel to this signs indicate slow improvement of long fibre pulp supply during the year", says Ulf Edman, President of Sodra Cell International.
