Nov 24, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. Sofidel Group, via its Polish subsidiary, Delitissue Sp. Zo. o., has acquired the remaining 70% of the share capital of Comceh S.A, a Romanian company with its head office in Calarasi, in South Romania producing and selling tissue paper products, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. It is the conclusion of an operation begun last spring with the acquisition of a 30% stake of the Romanian company. The Sofidel group is a privately owned Italian paper manufacturer based in Lucca in Tuscany. The group is the fastest growing tissue paper manufacturer across Europe and operates in 8 countries.
