U.S. kraft paper shipments increased by 7% in February 2016
U.S. kraft paper shipments in February 2016 were 139.8 thousand short tons, 7% higher compared to February 2015. Bleached kraft paper shipments increased from 6.9 thousand short tons in January to 8.7 and unbleached kraft paper increased from 120.9 to 131.1 thousand short tons.

Mar 19, 2016. /Lesprom Network/. U.S. kraft paper shipments in February 2016 were 139.8 thousand short tons, 7% higher compared to February 2015, as the American Forest & Paper Association said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Bleached kraft paper shipments increased from 6.9 thousand short tons in January to 8.7 and unbleached kraft paper increased from 120.9 to 131.1 thousand short tons.
Overall, shipments in the first two months of 2016 were 1% lower compared to the same period in 2015.
Total month-end inventories decreased to 70.8 thousand short tons.
