In 2001 appointed CEO of Uralskaya Stal. In May 2004 appointed Basic Element managing director, responsible for timber industry business. Andrey Loshkarev: born on April, 12 1970 in Graduated from Moscow state university in 1993. Obtained MBA degree. 1991-1992 Roditi trade company advertising director 1992-2000 – individual entrepreneur 2000-2001 advisor to Guta-bank president 2001-2003 vice-president, later deputy chairman of Guta-group.
