Obtained MBA degree. 1991-1992 Roditi trade company advertising director 1992-2000 – individual entrepreneur 2000-2001 advisor to Guta-bank president 2001-2003 vice-president, later deputy chairman of Guta-group. August 2003 – present day independent director and partner of a number of investment projects in real estate sector, food and light industry. Oleg Kolesnik: born on September 1969 in Achinsk (Krasnoyarsk region). Graduated from Riga civil aviation engineering university. Worked on Achinsky mining enterprise as sales representative. 1993-1995 head of information department of Svyatogor industrial and financial company. 1996-2001 commercial director of Achinsky mining enterprise, later commercial director of Nikolayevsky mining enterprise 2001-2004 NOSTA (now Uralskaya Stal) logistics director, responsible for contacts with Orsko-Khalilovsky metallurgic enterprise. Alexander Tokar’: born on November, 20 1954 in Shevchenkovka village (Kazakhstan). Graduated from Moscow university of foreign affairs in 1982. 1982-1988 worked in the Ministry of foreign trade, Exportles department. 1988-1993 – Rusbois SA (Paris, France) financial director. 1994-2000 – Rusexportles vice-president 2000-2004 – deputy-CEO on production and development of Sveza (owned by Severstal), director of export department. Sergey Krechetov: born in 1953 in Altai region. Graduated from Altai pedagogical college, physics and mathematics department in 1977. 1991-1996 Migsalt and Sunrise director 1996-2002 head of Interural timber industry business 2002 – present day deputy CEO of National Economic Council.
