Vyacheslav Krylov: born on July, 8 1967 in Graduated from Moscow university of power resources in 1993.
1993-2001 worked in AluminProduct (later Rostar, Sibirsky Alumini), occupied posts from head of department to deputy-CEO.
In 2001 appointed CEO of Uralskaya Stal.
In May 2004 appointed Basic Element managing director, responsible for timber industry business.
Andrey Loshkarev: born on April, 12 1970 in Graduated from Moscow state university in 1993. Obtained MBA degree.
