Hengan’s second TAD machine will be installed at their headquarters production base in Fujian province, and it is scheduled for start-up in 2024.

The project includes modifications to the machine for the new steam system and it is planned for start-up in the Q3 2024.
This new order involves an upgrade of the existing hybrid system configuration. In order to increase PM1’s drying capacity, Toscotec will install a TT Hood-Duo system with two separate circuits of heated air, one to the wet end hood and the other to the dry end.
The start-up is planned for the second half of 2024.
Toscotec delivers energy saving technological upgrade to Cartiera Confalone. TT SteamBooster has reduced the boiler’s gas consumption by up to 25%, also ensuring a reduction of the mill’s carbon emissions.
The AHEAD 2.2 line features a sheet trim width of 2,920 mm, an operating speed of 2,100 m/min, and an annual production capacity of over 40,000 tons.
The project focuses on their containerboard machine (PM3) and is planned for the end of 2024.
